We want you to love every item you receive from Bebelilo. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it easy to return or exchange.
Return Window
Return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Tags & labels must be intact.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) required.
Non-Returnable
For hygiene/safety, we can’t accept returns on feeding accessories, pacifiers, teethers, bath items, or personalized/custom products.
Exchanges
- Ordered the wrong size or color? We’re happy to exchange (subject to availability).
- Exchanges follow the same 14-day window and eligibility rules.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded in cash.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll guide you through pickup or drop-off options.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Gift Returns & Exchanges
We understand that gifts may not always be the perfect fit. We offer flexible options for gift recipients.
- Gift items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- A gift receipt or order reference is required.
- Items must meet standard return eligibility criteria.
- Refunds for gifts are issued to the recipient, not the original purchaser.
