Return Window

Return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

🏷️

Tags & labels must be intact.

🧾

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) required.

Non-Returnable

🚫

For hygiene/safety, we can’t accept returns on feeding accessories, pacifiers, teethers, bath items, or personalized/custom products.

Exchanges

  • Ordered the wrong size or color? We’re happy to exchange (subject to availability).
  • Exchanges follow the same 14-day window and eligibility rules.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded in cash.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll guide you through pickup or drop-off options.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Gift Returns & Exchanges

We understand that gifts may not always be the perfect fit. We offer flexible options for gift recipients.

  • Gift items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
  • A gift receipt or order reference is required.
  • Items must meet standard return eligibility criteria.
  • Refunds for gifts are issued to the recipient, not the original purchaser.
