Current Vacancy: Multi-Product Designer – Baby & Kidswear

Location: Remote (occasional travel) Reporting to: CEO Start Date: Open for applications Salary: Based on experience
Role Overview

Bebelilo is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Multi-Product Designer to lead the design and technical development of our baby and childrens’ wear collections. This role is pivotal to our product strategy, with a strong focus on accurate measurements, technical pack creation, and fit precision. You will work directly with the CEO to ensure every product reflects our commitment to quality, sustainability, and timeless design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design process across multiple product categories, from concept to production
  • Develop precise measurement charts, size specifications, and grading rules for all garments
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical packs, including construction notes, fabric specs, and trim details
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure sample accuracy and adherence to design intent
  • Conduct fit reviews and work closely with garment technicians to refine silhouettes and maintain consistency
  • Research market trends and competitor activity to inform seasonal direction and innovation
  • Build seasonal mood boards and color palettes aligned with Bebelilo’s identity
  • Present designs and technical documentation to the CEO and cross-functional teams
  • Travel occasionally for supplier visits, development trips, and trend research
  • Maintain organized libraries of fabrics, trims, and technical references
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in childrens’ wear design
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Strong expertise in technical design, including measurements, fit, and garment construction
  • Proven ability to produce accurate, production-ready technical packs
  • Experience working with both short and long lead suppliers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in reporting to senior leadership
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing projects remotely
